Tape for application on irregular surfaces.

The backing of the tape is a soft aluminum foil. The purpose of using foil instead of conventional plastic is for the following reasons:

• Aluminum foil has zero stretch tolerance, unlike plastic, which can stretch. When plastic stretches, it wants to return to its original state, so it will lift if we place it on an irregular surface.

• Aluminum foil has no memory; it can be pressed into place and will remain in that shape.

The tape adheres even in wet or dirty conditions.

It has a high level of flame retardancy. It has been tested and certified to CAA FAA 8 specification.
