90 CM SIGN (MOPU):

Signs with lacquered background on both sides and vinyl with different levels of reflectance on the front side.

Made of 1.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet for MOPU signs and 0.8 mm for ECONOMIC signs, according to UNE 10204 Standard 3.1.b. EUR, formed by stamping with a 25 mm perimeter flange.

They have standardized fixation for a 80 x 40 post. (screws and washers not included. If desired, request ref. 990-0247)

Cut with laser machinery and subsequent pressing with a 25mm perimeter flange. Alkaline multimetal degreasing and subsequent rinsing with osmosis water with a maximum conductivity of 0.65 micro. Subsequent application of powder paint, free of TGIC, with good mechanical properties and UV resistance.

Manufactured to withstand extreme outdoor conditions

Oven dried at a temperature of 200º C through a tunnel, achieving a high-quality finish and resistance to abrasion, impacts, and corrosion

Subsequent application of normal or reflective vinyl with CE certification of product for retroreflective sheets for use in vertical traffic signs. Class RA1, RA2, or RA3 vinyl complies with the EN 12899-1:2007 standard
