SIGNS 50 x 50 CM (ECONOMIC):

- Ref. 340-0470: Without reflectance.

- Ref. 340-0471: Level I Reflectance

- Ref. 340-0472: Construction sign with yellow background and Level I Reflectance.

SIGNS 60 x 60 CM (MOPU):

- Ref. 340-0420: Without reflectance.

- Ref. 340-0421: Level I Reflectance

- Ref. 340-0422: Level II Reflectance

- Ref. 340-0423: Construction sign with yellow background and Level I Reflectance.

SIGN 90 x 90 CM (MOPU):

- Ref. 340-0425: Level I Reflectance

- Ref. 340-0426: Level II Reflectance

Signs with lacquered background on both sides and vinyl with different levels of reflectance on the front face.

Made of 1.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet for MOPU signs and 0.8 for ECONOMIC signs, in accordance with Standard UNE 10204 3.1.b. EUR, formed by stamping with a 25 mm peripheral flange.

They have standardized fixation for a 80 x 40 post. (screws and washers not included. If desired, request ref. 990-0247)

Cut with laser machinery and subsequent pressing with a 25mm peripheral flange. Alkaline multimetal degreasing and subsequent osmosis water wash with maximum conductivity of 0.65 micro. Subsequent application of powder paint, free of TGIC, with good mechanical properties and resistance to UV.

Manufactured to withstand extreme outdoor conditions.

Oven dried at a temperature of 200º C through a tunnel, achieving a high-quality finish and resistance to abrasion, impacts, and corrosion.

Subsequent application of normal or reflective vinyl with CE certification of product for retroreflective sheets for use in vertical traffic signs. Class RA1, RA2, or RA3 vinyl complies with standard EN 12899-1:2007
