MOPU informational sign. Different measures and levels of reflectance.

Available in the following sizes and reflectance levels:

Ref. 340-0491: MOPU informative sign 40 x 60 cm. Reflectance level I

Ref. 340-0492: MOPU informative sign 40 x 60 cm. Reflectance level II

Ref. 340-0493: MOPU informative sign 60 x 90 cm. Reflectance level I

Ref. 340-0494: MOPU informative sign 60 x 90 cm. Reflectance level II

MOPU signs with lacquered background on both sides and vinyl with different reflectance levels on the front face. Made of 1.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet in accordance with Standard UNE 10204 3.1.b. EUR, formed by stamping with a 25 mm peripheral flange.

They have standardized fixation for an 80 x 40 post. (screws and washers not included. If desired, request ref. 990-0247)

Cut with laser machinery and then pressed with a 25mm peripheral flange. Alkaline multimetal degreasing and subsequent rinsing with osmosis water with a maximum conductivity of 0.65 micro.

Subsequent application of powder paint, free of TGIC, with good mechanical properties and resistance to UV.

Manufactured to withstand extreme outdoor conditions

Baked in an oven at a temperature of 200º C through a tunnel, achieving a high-quality finish and resistance to abrasion, impacts, and corrosion

Subsequent application of normal or reflective vinyl with CE certification of product for retroreflective sheets to be used in vertical traffic signs. Class RA1, RA2, or RA3 vinyl complies with standard EN 12899-1:2007
