Made of galvanized steel sheet 1.8 mm thick for MOPU and 0.8 mm thick for Economic, according to Standard UNE 10204 3.1.b. EUR, formed by stamping with a 25 mm peripheral flange.

They have standardized fixation for a 80 x 40 post. (screws and washers not included. If desired, request ref. 990-0247).

Cut with laser machinery and subsequent pressing with a 25mm peripheral flange. Alkaline multimetal degreasing and subsequent osmosis water washing with maximum conductivity of 0.65 micro. Subsequent application of powder paint, free of TGIC, with good mechanical properties and UV resistance.

Manufactured to withstand extreme outdoor conditions.
